Betrayal by a friend is always the hardest. Bad actions by enemies is understood and expected, but having a friend turn against you is mystifying. Perhaps it helps to think about the possibility that there are other forces at work in the friends life that caused the action against you. It may have nothing to do with you, but rather some pressure caused by who knows what left you hurt and angry by someone you cared about. Think things over and consider forgiveness at some future time. Friends can help works both ways.
